Snapseed Snapseed is a popular app available on both Android and iOS. Made by Google, the photo-editing app gives you access to 29 filters and tools, supports RAW images along with other overlays such as Frames and more. Open Camera Open Camera also comes with a host of features that aim to improve the images clicked by you using a smartphone. You can perform all the basic features in the app along with controlling some other functions such as the shutter speed, external microphones, choice of saved folder and more.

Adobe Lightroom Adobe Lightroom is another popular app that aims to bring out the best out of those images clicked by you. It is possible to handle the granular elements in the image as well by tweaking the brightness-contrast graph curve. It has several other editing features as well. Photoshop Express Photoshop Express is a quick and easy way to tweak your clicked images before sharing it anywhere else.
